How to apply/Fees

Availability is limited.

Complete the Google Form before March 25, 2025, 11:59PM CET. A letter of recommendation from a faculty member will be greatly appreciated.

Candidates will be informed of selection before April 1, 2025.

If selected, you will need to create an account and pay the registration fees before April 15, 2025.

Create an account

Click on the arrow to the right of the Login button and choose the "Create account" option.

Once your account is created, you will receive an email from Sciencesconf asking you to validate your account creation request.
Click the link provided in the mail to validate your account creation.

Once your account creation has been validated, return to the site and click Login to log in. You will then be able to register and pay the registration fee.

Fees 

The bootcamp fees are 700 €. This includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, local transport and other activities during the bootcamp. Please note that travel to and from Nancy is not included in this price.
